Refund Policy

Delivered at once. Made right if anything is wrong.

Digital content is delivered immediately, so under EU consumer rules the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download starts, with your prior express consent. If a file is damaged or incomplete, write to roberthalesupport@gmail.com and you will receive a corrected file or a refund within 30 days.

Your consent before download

Before purchase you are asked to agree that delivery of the digital content starts immediately and to acknowledge that, once the download starts, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer rules.

Damaged or incomplete files

• Write to roberthalesupport@gmail.com with your order email and a short description of the problem.
• We will send a corrected file or, if we cannot fix it, refund your payment.
• Refunds are made within 30 days to the original payment method.

Before the download starts

If you have not yet started any download, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by writing to roberthalesupport@gmail.com, and you will receive a full refund within 30 days.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
