Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of digital products sold on this website. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.

1. Who we are

In these terms, “we” and “us” mean The Quiet Universe Collection. Our only contact is roberthalesupport@gmail.com. Prices include all taxes.

2. The products

The Quiet Universe Collection consists of digital books delivered as PDF files and MP3 audiobooks. No physical goods are shipped. Book covers on the website are 3D renders that illustrate the digital editions. Three editions are offered:

• Edition 1 – Book One · Seven Questions Before Sleep (PDF + MP3), USD 20
• Edition 2 – The Other You, with Book One included free (2 PDFs + 2 MP3s), USD 47
• Edition 3 – The Night Library, with Books One and Two included free (3 PDFs + 3 MP3s), USD 97

3. Orders and contract

The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed and the order confirmation is sent to your email. The contract is concluded in English. We archive the contract electronically; it is not publicly accessible.

4. Price and payment

Prices are stated in US dollars and are final. Available payment methods and any payment-provider terms are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees outside our control.

5. Delivery

Digital content is delivered immediately after payment through download links shown on the page and sent by email. Details are in the Digital Delivery Policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

Because the content is digital and delivered immediately, under EU consumer rules the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download starts, provided you gave your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. See the Refund Policy.

7. Defective files

If a file is damaged, incomplete or does not open, write to roberthalesupport@gmail.com. You will receive a corrected file or a refund within 30 days. This does not limit your statutory rights for defective digital content.

8. Licence and permitted use

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and listen to the files for private use on your own devices. You may not resell, share publicly, upload, distribute or commercially use the files, in whole or in part. All copyrights remain with us and the respective authors.

9. Nature of the content

The books are popular-science and philosophical reading. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. See the Disclaimer.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Complaints and disputes

Please send complaints to roberthalesupport@gmail.com; we reply within 14 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the consumer protection authority in your country of residence.

12. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version valid at the time of your order applies to your purchase.
